Casement Out-swing Egress Windows

Our Vinyl Casement Out-swing Egress Window is designed to be the smallest, following the IRC 2006 code's emergency egress window requirements. For underground or above-ground rebuilding, these egress windows are also used.

These low-cost egress windows are available in a 47" height X 28" width X 3 1/4" depth with a net clear opening of 20 1/8" X 41 3/8" (5.78 square ft.).

The custom-made windows can be purchased in 1/4 inch increments adjusting with any required size.  The window is designed with egress hinges, which allow the sash to crank to 90 degrees, maximizing the opening and allowing a rapid cleaning process for glass surfaces from inside the home.

Vinyl Casement Out-swing Egress Windows come as standard with 3/4" Double Pane Insulated Low-e glass and are Energy Star rated. These Emergency Egress Windows include a Full Fiberglass Screen that can be removed from the inside of the house.
