The customer called us due to water in the crawlspace and because he had pre-existing mold from high moisture levels in the Basement. They had an undersized non-commercial sump pump and a basement window that did not open.
We extended the downspouts, bringing the water away from the home's foundation. We also installed two commercial sump pumps and liners to remove water from under their house. The mold was also cleaned up. Finally, we waterproofed the rear foundation wall on the home.
